Straight answers

What is true today, and what is not yet

  • PDF and CSV download the moment a session completes
  • Photos from Quest 3 passthrough and iPad camera land in the PDF
  • Two signatures (operator + second technician or supervisor) render on the PDF
  • Operators can only fetch their own record; admins and authors can send to any address
  • Email delivery — transport built, being enabled once our sending domain is verified; available on request

Who can receive a report. An operator can fetch their own record only. Admins and authors can send a report to any address. A paired device can email only the operator signed in on it. These rules are pinned by tests.
